I’m originally from Connemara where I started my coaching journey when I was just 15, helping with the under 9’s at my local GAA club.

I completed my B.sc in Sport and Exercise Science in SETU Carlow, which has taken me across a wide variety of roles in the sporting industry.

I grew up with a grá for sport, playing Football, Rugby and Soccer. Nowadays, if im not playing/training, I’m watching sport on the television.
