I joined Laois GAA in January 2025 as an intern, coaching football and hurling across several primary schools and assisting with S&C for Laois GAA underage squads.
Since then, I am delighted to have progressed into a GPO role with the Heath GAA.
I am currently in my final year studying a Bsc in exercise & health fitness management at the University of Limerick. I aslo hold an NCEF EQF qualification in advanced personal training and strength and conditioning for athletes and teams.
Having played both Football and Camogie from a young age, and with a background in exercise science and sports performance, I have a strong interest in Athletic Development
