I joined Laois GAA as a Participations Officer in October 2024.

In September 2025, I became the strength and conditioning Games Development Coordinator (GDC).

My role involves delivering S&C in post primary schools around the county and working alongside Brian in delivering S&C to our academy squads from U14 to minor level here in Laois.

I am also current PO with Arles Killeen GAA.

In 2024, I attained my BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from SETU Carlow.

I am currently working as the strength and conditioning coach for the Arles Killeen senior footballers alongside my role with Laois GAA.
