I have a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from South East Technological University (formally known as I.T. Carlow).
I recently took on the position of GDC with Laois GAA.
Part of this role includes overseeing athletic development for all academic squads. I am invested in the development of our young players and strive to create the right environment for them to fulfil their potential.
I have played Football for my club, The Heath, since the age of eight and currently play with the Senior team. I have also represented Laois at Senior level.
Over the past ten years, I have also trained and coached with CrossFit, which, along with GAA, is something I am very passionate about.
