Standout Players (Laois):

Pa Kirwan produced a man of the match perfomance, Pa scored a total 1-2 from play. 1 two pointer scored from play outside the 40m arc, after a brilliant long run up the field and past the Leitrim defence. Debutants Jonah Kelly of Crettyard and Conor Brown of Portlaoise were highly impressive with their 2nd half appearances. Both players made an immediate and lively impact upon introduction.

Substitute goalkeeper Conor Brown came on in the 58th minute replacing Killian Roche and although he was only on the field for 15 minutes, he produced an excellent perfomance, with massive runs up the field to assist in attack resulting in a point from play for himself, alongside setting up teammates scores.
