Laois Shopping Centre, the main sponsors of our 2023 Club Championships in both Football and Hurling, were host to the official launch held last Wednesday night July 12th in Laois Shopping Centre, Portlaoise.
There was a great turn out on the night. In attendance with the players representing their club teams from all adult grades were also Laois Shopping Centre’s Declan Ryan, Laois GAA Chairman PJ Kelly, Laois GAA Secretary Niall Handy, Laois GAA Leinster Council Representative Tom Clear, Midlands Radio 103’s Pat O’Sullivan, Laois Nationalist Pat Delaney and photographer Paul Dargan.
Commenting at the launch Declan Ryan from Laois Shopping Centre said, “Laois Shopping Centre is proud of our long term association with the Club Championships in Laois over the past years. We would like to wish all the teams involved and the management, players and of course supporters the very best of luck for the coming Championship season”.
County Chairperson PJ Kelly added, “All at CLG Laois are proud of the ongoing partnership we have with Laois Shopping Centre in the long term sponsorship of our Club Championships and we look forward to welcoming the team to Laois Hire O’Moore Park over the course of the 2023 campaign”.

For the first time in 6 years, 2 of the 8 Round 1 Senior Football Championship Fixtures will be held outside of Laois Hire O’Moore Park.
On Friday July 28th, Ballyroan Abbey vs Park Ratheniska will take place in Stradbally at 7.30pm
On Saturday July 29th, Arles Killeen vs Clonaslee St. Manman’s will take place in Ratheniska at 6pm
