Full Results from March 27th First Draw, Now Available.
The Laois GAA Monster Ticket Draw got underway tonight, Friday March 27th, marking another major milestone for one of the county’s most important fundraising initiatives. Now firmly established as a cornerstone of financial support across the county, it continues to deliver significant returns at both club and county level.
For the third year in a row, ticket sales have increased, a notable achievement in the current climate and a clear indication of the buy-in from supporters across Laois. That continued growth has translated into a substantial €898,000 generated directly for clubs, providing a vital annual funding stream. In addition, the county board has recorded a profit of approximately €135,000, underlining the overall success and sustainability of the initiative.
With strong engagement and tangible financial benefits across the board, the Monster Ticket Draw once again reinforces its value as a key driver of support for clubs and county structures alike.

A Major Boost for Clubs Across Laois
While attention turns to tonight’s prize winners, the wider impact of the Monster Draw continues to be felt across the county.
With €115 from every ticket sold beyond the initial levy going directly back to clubs, it provides vital funding for:
- Underage development
- Coaching structures
- Facility maintenance and upgrades
- Ongoing operational costs
For many clubs, this remains a cornerstone of their annual income and a key driver in sustaining Gaelic Games at local level.
Three More Draws to Come
Although ticket sales are now closed, participants remain in with a chance of winning across the remaining three draws:
- April 24th
- May 29th
- June 26th
Each draw will again see €31,500 in prizes awarded, including a top prize of €10,000.
